Description

The Bartlett Button Down is a relaxed overshirt with a regular point collar and a boxy fit. Cut from the same North Carolina cotton used across our t-shirt styles, the yarn is knit into a dry, midweight six-ounce carded jersey that has a crisp hand that breaks in after many washes. Finished with a working cuff and rear yoke, balancing shirting and layering styles.

Pigment-dyed styles are double-dipped, resulting in slightly different measurements than garment-dyed units. Please check measurements

Materials

Our signature, standard six-ounce carded jersey has a crisp hand that softens after many washes. The weight is ideal for layering or standalone wear.

This garment is pigment dyed, which produces variations in tone, depth, and hue. The dye sits closer to the surface of the textile than garment-dyed clothing. We recommend washing this garment alone before wear. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and lay flat to dry. Hung on a drying rack is also preferred. Garment suitable for dry cleaning or a low tumble dry.

Fit & Sizing

A loose-fitting, boxy button down shirt with a wide fit and standard length. Fits relaxed in the shoulders and wide across the body. Cut with generous armholes for movement. We recommend taking your normal size, or sizing up if layering over heavier shirts.
